Nicolas Tchen

Nicolas is Co-Head of Private Equity and a member of the Amundi Alpha Associates Private Equity investment team and Investment Committee. He has been active in private markets since 1997. Nicolas started his career in the M&A department of Archon Group (Goldman Sachs affiliate) focusing on real estate and non-performing loan investments.
From 2000 to 2005, he worked for Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ) in charge of private equity fund investments as well as co-investments. He then joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management private equity team before moving to Crédit Mutuel-CIC as an advisor to develop sponsor coverage. In 2007, he joined SGAM AI, which merged with CAAM to create Amundi.
Nicolas holds an Engineer Diploma in electrical engineering and computer sciences from ESME Sudria and a Master Degree in Finance from the Paris-Dauphine University.
