Aruna Arasu

Aruna heads the Alpha Associates legal team. She is responsible for all legal, structuring, tax and regulatory matters of the private equity, private debt and infrastructure funds-of-funds and investment programs managed by Alpha Associates. Aruna joined Alpha Associates in April 2008 from the Bar. Previously, she spent three years as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the London and Beijing offices, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, financings and tax matters. Aruna is an English-qualified barrister and solicitor and completed her degree at Magdalen College, Oxford.
